Problem statement: In today’s fast paced world, millions of people struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle due to lack of guidance, incorrect workout form, inconsistent tracking, and limited access to personalized coaching. Traditional fitness apps offer generic plans, while personal trainers are expensive and not always available when needed. Users often perform exercises with improper posture, increasing the risk of injuries. They also lack a simple way to track their daily food intake, understand what to eat, or follow a diet that considers individual health conditions, allergies, and injuries. Moreover, many users are concerned about the privacy and safety of their health data.

During onboarding, it learns about your lifestyle, schedule, goals, injuries, allergies, and any health issues you’re dealing with. With this full picture, FitSync AI creates a fitness and nutrition plan that actually fits your life and supports what you want to achieve, whether that’s getting stronger, losing weight, improving posture, recovering from old injuries, or simply feeling healthier every day.

  6. HealthifyMe -(Not purely “AI coach” but widely used in India) Combines diet tracking, calorie / macro counting, and a “virtual nutritionist / coach” assistant — popular for weight/diet management.
